Hope’s Hunger Ministry seeks to raise congregational awareness of the need for their involvement, commitment, and advocacy in issues related to local and global hunger, poverty, and social injustice. We envision a congregation that believes that

  • all God’s people are precious and worthy of dignity
  • love of neighbor requires an integration of the spiritual and social dimensions of our lives
  • God calls us to follow God’s example
